At THE CLOSET, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
